Refund Policy

At Anchor Advisory Paraguay, we are committed to delivering professional, efficient, and fully managed residency and relocation services. Due to the administrative nature of our services and the allocation of professional time and resources, the following refund policy applies.
1. Service Fees
Service fees compensate for professional expertise, administrative coordination, document preparation, and case management.
Once services have commenced, fees are generally non-refundable, as resources are immediately allocated to your case.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Service Commencement
If a client cancels services before any work has begun, a refund may be issued, less any administrative, consultation, or transaction fees already incurred.
Service commencement includes, but is not limited to:
  • Document review or verification
  • Case setup and administrative preparation
  • Scheduling appointments or initiating coordination with government offices
  • Providing formal instructions or document preparation guidance
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
  • Government authorities deny or delay residency or identification applications
  • The client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or false information
  • The client fails to provide required documentation
  • The client fails to attend required appointments
  • The client voluntarily withdraws after services have begun
  • Delays occur due to government processing timelines
  • Government decisions and timelines are outside our control.
4. Government Fees and Third-Party Costs
Government fees, notary fees, translation costs, apostille costs, and third-party expenses are non-refundable, as these payments are made directly to external entities.
5. Partial Refunds (Limited Circumstances)
At the sole discretion of Anchor Advisory Paraguay, a partial refund may be considered if services cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond both parties’ control and where minimal work has been completed.
Administrative costs already incurred will be deducted.
6. Client Cancellation Procedure
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:

7. No Guarantee of Government Approval
